Job Description
- To Identify new marketing and business opportunities and increases sale
- To lead and manage all operational activities
- To Motivation and perform all staff to ensure their performance to meet the standard of target and quality of the working environment
- To participate in recruiting and evaluating the performance of subordinate staff met work cep able of delivering high-quality financial services nationally
- To 'provide leadership in the department including training performance review develop the job description crops-training coordination customer service
- To plan and execute promotions
- To Problem analysis and problem-solving
- To Work closely with CEO and brand principle

Job Requirements
- Degree in Business Management or any other related field.
- 5 years of experience managing in clothes store
- Proficient in Microsoft Application with detail mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
